CardShare is a digital business card platform that allows users to create, customize, and share professional digital business cards. The service includes digital card creation, QR code generation, contact management, and AI-powered business card scanning.
You must create an account to use CardShare. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
CardShare offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to CardShare, including photos, text, and contact information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display and process it as necessary to provide the service. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
You agree not to use CardShare for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to distribute spam or malware, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
CardShare uses artificial intelligence to scan and analyze business cards. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any information extracted by our AI features.
CardShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of CardShare after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
